Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or utilizing GoldenWit VIP proxy infrastructure, billing gateway, or client portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any clause, you must immediately terminate your network session.

2. Authorized Usage & Restrictions

Our residential and static ISP nodes are engineered for high-throughput automation, multi-thread testing, and traffic management. However, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Targeting government, military, healthcare, or critical national infrastructure nodes.
• Executing DDoS attacks, brute-force hacking attempts, or unauthorized network intrusion.
• Extracting data or performing illegal scraping activities that violate target platform terms of service or local cyber laws.
• Spamming, distributing malware, phishing, or engaging in fraudulent financial operations.

Violation of these restrictions will result in immediate termination of proxy leases without refund and forfeiture of remaining vault balances.

3. Account Security & Liability

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys, credentials, and vault balance. GoldenWit VIP is not liable for any losses incurred due to compromised client credentials.

4. Service Availability & SLA

While we target a 99.99% core SLA uptime, maintenance cycles or upstream carrier adjustments may cause temporary routing fluctuations. We reserve the right to modify node topologies to ensure overall network integrity.
